The materials have been tested at the Scientific Research Institute of Railway Transportation (complifying with the requirements of JSC Russian Railways), and specifications have been included in the Technical Specifications for Metal and Concrete of the Central Scientific Research Institute of Transportation and Road Construction. O3-Coatings standards are approved use in projects by the State Company “Avtodor”.
